Steps to Rebuild the Camera.
1. Take the frame and carefully put the ciruit board in place.
2. Place the small lens into the camera with the flat face up.
3. Put the black cover in place on top of the small lens.
4. Take the sliding cover and place the hole on the peg and place the flat part on the black cover.
5. Place the lens cover on and snap it into place.
6. Take the copper spring and attach it to the tip of the sliding cover and the circuit board.
7. Place the cog into the back of the frame.
8. Put the sideways spring on the top thin peg.
9. Put the black spiral piece into the hole and through the cog.
10. Take the bottom gray piece and place it on top of the spring.
11. Take the top gray piece and place it on the wide peg.
12. Put the larger lens on the front.
13. Put the gray cover on top of the larger lens.
14. Put the film turner on top of the film holder.
15. Put the counter on the top thin peg.
16. Place the button frame on the film turner.
17. Place the picture sight beside the button frame.
18. Put the film reel in where the top holes fit in with the gear.
19. Place the battery in.
20. Put the covers on the frame.

Basic Description

The Kodak Camera is a HD disposable camera that has a auto flash built in, and a EKTANAR lens, which can be used for indoors or outdoors. This camera can hold up to 27 photos, and take pictures covers over 4 to 14.5 feet

Summary of Overrall Project

The item that we chose to dispart was a Disposable Camera.

When started to dispart the camera, all of the piece fell out, making it had put all of the piece back to together.Eventually, our group got the piece back toegther, but then the camera wouldn't work. When retrying mutiplte times, we finally got our camera to work.Throughout the whole process we took pictures of each of the step, and we recorded the steps of how we disparted the camera.

Disassembly Procedure for a Disposeable Camera

1. Carefully pull apart the back plastic cover of the camera from the front half of the camera.
2. Remove the film strip.
3. Remove the AA battery.
4. Remove the front plastic cover from the interior.
5. Remove the gray plastic piece from over the camera lens
6. Remove the first lens that was directly under the gray plastic piece.
7. Remove the clear plastic view-piece from the top of the camera.
8. Remove the black cover from the top of the camera found on above the film strip.
9. Remove the numbered film counter gear.
10. Remove the gray gear that was beneath the film counter gear.
11. Remove the gray piece that was under the above gears from the top of the camera.
12. Remove the next black piece.
13. Remove the next similar gray piece.
14. Remove the silver spring that was beneath the above pieces.
15. Remove the gray gear found in a thin slit in the back of the camera.
16. Carefully remove the copper spring at the front of the camera without crushing it.
17. Remove the dark gray metal piece that was under the copper spring.
18. Remove the next black plastic piece found over the lens.
19. Remove the black circular piece under that.
20. Remove the last lens from the camera found under the piece above.
21. Carefully remove the cicuit board from the plastic frame of the camera.
