Disassembly Procedure for a Disposeable Camera

  1. Carefully pull apart the back plastic cover of the camera from the front half of the camera.
  2. Remove the film strip.
  3. Remove the AA battery.
  4. Remove the front plastic cover from the interior.
  5. Remove the gray plastic piece from over the camera lens
  6. Remove the first lens that was directly under the gray plastic piece.
  7. Remove the clear plastic view-piece from the top of the camera.
  8. Remove the black cover from the top of the camera found on above the film strip.
  9. Remove the numbered film counter gear.
  10. Remove the gray gear that was beneath the film counter gear.
  11. Remove the gray piece that was under the above gears from the top of the camera.
  12. Remove the next black piece.
  13. Remove the next similar gray piece.
  14. Remove the silver spring that was beneath the above pieces.
  15. Remove the gray gear found in a thin slit in the back of the camera.
  16. Carefully remove the copper spring at the front of the camera without crushing it.
  17. Remove the dark gray metal piece that was under the copper spring.
  18. Remove the next black plastic piece found over the lens.
  19. Remove the black circular piece under that.
  20. Remove the last lens from the camera found under the piece above.
  21. Carefully remove the cicuit board from the plastic frame of the camera.
